Terms of Service
Last updated: October 15, 2026
QuotePro is operated by Steven A. Capes ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using QuotePro you are contracting with Steven A. Capes and you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
QuotePro helps contractors draft estimates, proposals and invoices with AI, look up material prices, and track revenue and expenses. Features available to you depend on your plan.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or have authority to bind the business you represent.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or to commit fraud or send spam;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
- interfere with the security of the service, including malware, probing or scraping;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or bypass plan limits.
AI-generated content
Estimates, line items and prices produced by AI or looked up from store websites may be inaccurate or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting every quote before you send it to a client, and for the prices you charge. Store prices are indicative and may differ from your local store. Outputs are not legal, tax or accounting advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of the jobs, client details and other content you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to use any photos or information you upload.
Our intellectual property
We own the QuotePro software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan.
Plans, payment and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, and may start with a free trial. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.
You can cancel at any time from the Plans page; access to paid features ends when you cancel.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends you may request export or deletion of your data.
Service availability and warranties
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, and disputes will be heard in the courts located in Georgia. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or sale. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
